My partner and I are very impressed with how Joe made our move from upstate NY to Charlotte so much easier. With such a large distance, he was always there to go to properties we saw online. As he walked thru them, he would not only talk to us about them but send video as well. His knowledge and expertise not only helped us with our house inspections but also with being able to do our closing via email. All around nice guy too!
