We had a wonderful experience with Joe. We were originally paired with him through a relocation service where he helped us find a rental while we acclimated to the Charlotte area. He spent an entire day showing us homes, pointing out any positives and negatives that he saw. He gained our confidence through the first process that we asked him a year later to help us buy our first home. He was with us throughout the entire process. He was very receptive to our needs, listened to everything we wanted, and help us get the perfect home for us that was well within the budget we asked him to work within.
