We had originally began working with another realtor that had come recommended, after the first few calls, I knew he was not the right choice. I immediately began searching and reviewed several profiles and when I came to Linda, I just knew she was the one for us. Her profile and her personality are exactly what you would expect. After the first call we knew she was the right choice. She immediately began sending listings and advising us regarding neighborhoods. It was obvious to me she was taking very clear notes during our initial phone call, each listing had all or some of what we requested and then now and again she would pull a rabbit from her hat and have a spectacular unit she found. This began as an intimidating process as we were purchasing this Florida property while living in NYC. Linda made this seamless and actually fun. It was not long before we coordinated out trip down to Florida with the hopes of making an offer.
I cannot begin to tell you the dedication that Linda had to assist us in finding exactly what we wanted. She allowed us the time and patience to achieve our goals, all the while having a great time getting to know each other. A real estate transaction is a very personal thing and its extremely important to have a connection and trust with your realtor, without that you cannot feel comfortable to express your true feelings about what may or may not be your new home. Linda never judged our opinions even at times when I think I was judging our opinions…LOL.
She is an incredible agent, so very good at what she does, a professional and she has a big heart and really wants to make her clients happy. She takes the journey with you and sees and feels your vision through the process. She was so supportive and understanding when a deal fell through, she is so sincere she looked as disappointed as we did. She did all she could in her power to show us every listing in our neighborhood/budget, etc. Her dedication allowed us to find the perfect home for us, ironically the last one we saw and the day before we were to fly home. We have since closed and are moved in and could not be happier.
I will say without a doubt that if we did not work with Linda this would not have happened. We would often overhear while she spoke with another realtor at a showing of the number of condos she was showing us, they would make a snide remark to her about it. At night we would go back to the hotel and we would discuss that and comment how lucky we were to have been working with her and the time she was taking to work with us.
I would recommend Linda to anyone and we already have to a few people here in NYC where we live for when they make relocation plans. She is a top-notch professional and so honest and open.
