We found my dream house after only three weeks of searching – Michele then tapped into her extensive network to get a contractor to do a walkthrough with us the next day so I could get all my questions answered, and she did her research by strategically engaging the seller’s agents which allowed us to put together a winning preemptive offer with an incredible closing timeline of only 16 days – the first and only offer I had to put in! Dominic Villa at Summit Funding, the lender partner she recommended, was also wonderful to work with. Throughout the process, they were both responsive and caring, and even after closing the sale, have continued to answer questions and connect me to people in their networks to get things taken care of.
