What can I say about Ray. The answer is plenty, and all of it positive. I started on my move back in 2019, which is when I first contacted Ray. He helped me look for properties that might work, and I quickly found out that he is not a typical agent. His insight into my needs and properties that fit the bill was unbelievable, and I liked his openness. Unfortunately, my home did not sell, and COVID took up most of 2020. We lost touch until this spring, when I finally sold my home. I immediately called Ray. It was as though there had been no hiatus. Moving to a home so far away is daunting. Ray has facilitated not only the sale of the property, but helping me get insurance, a house cleaner, a gardener, and assisting me in contacting utility companies. He has listened to my worries, and has acted as a real estate concierge. I have bought and sold property throughout my life, and Ray Hoess-Brooks is the best RE agent I have ever worked with. And a great guy!
