I chose her because of her already exceptional reputation. I found her to be very knowledgeable and truly caring for me as a client and a person. Shannon always answered the phone or got back to me in a timely manner. I also noticed that she has good relationships with her peers and colleagues. I feel like she is so good at what she does because of her honesty and aloha, I also like that fact that Shannon has been a champion for the LGBTQ community! I will definitely use her again and recommend her to my friends and family. 5/5 big stars!
