Steven has been phenomenal! I live in Colorado and last year he helped me purchase 3 homes in the Orlando, FL area. He is very responsive 24/7 and has scheduled walkthroughs and videotaped them, commenting on if he sees anything wrong so that I have a chance to look at the homes before purchasing. He also has some amazing resources to help with inspections and lending with equally amazing people. I haven’t had this good of customer service in a long time and highly recommend working with Steven. In addition Steven just helped me this year purchase a 4th house in Florida. The market is super hot in Deltona and he knew just how to negotiate so that the 1 day on the market they had 18 offers and our offer was accepted. I can’t wait to work with him again!
